If you would like to delete your Keeplys account and all associated data, you can submit a request using the form below.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you request account deletion, the following will occur:

• Account Information — Your email, name, and authentication data will be permanently deleted from our systems
• Cloud Sync Data — Any metadata associated with your cloud sync will be removed
• Local Documents — Documents stored locally on your device will remain on your device unless you manually delete them
• iCloud/Google Drive — Documents stored in your personal iCloud or Google Drive remain under your control and are not affected

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Before You Request Deletion

Please consider the following before submitting your request:

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• You will need to create a new account if you wish to use cloud sync features in the future
• Export any documents you wish to keep before requesting deletion
