By downloading, installing, or using Keeplys, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
Use of the Service
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Keeplys for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer the application
- Distribute or share the app without authorization
- Use the app to store illegal or harmful content
User Content
You retain ownership of all documents and content you create, scan, or upload using Keeplys. You are responsible for:
- The legality of your content
- Maintaining backups of important documents
- Ensuring you have rights to store the content
Cloud Services
When using cloud synchronization features:
- Your data is stored in your personal cloud account (iCloud or Google Drive)
- Cloud services are subject to their respective terms of service
- We are not responsible for third-party service availability
Disclaimer of Warranties
Keeplys is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy of document scanning or OCR
- Compatibility with all devices
- Data preservation in all circumstances
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Keeplys.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Keeplys at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
